自拟中药解郁汤与中医辨证论治对抑郁症临床疗效的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较自拟中药解郁汤与中医辨证论治对抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法:将112例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别应用西药加服自拟中药解郁汤与西药结合中医辨证论治,疗程8周,用汉密顿抑郁量表(17项,HAMD)评定临床疗效。结果:8周末两组总有效率、HAMD评分均无显著性差异。结论:自拟中药解郁汤与中医辨证论治对抑郁症的临床治疗效果相当。Objective：To compare the eflqcacy of Chinese medicial herb --＂ Jie yu decoction＂ and determination of treatment according to different coneitions TCM in the treatment of depression. Methods：112 patients with depression were randomly assigned to ＂Jie yu decoction＂ group and determination of treatment according to different coneitions of TCM group for 8 weeks. The e^cacy was evaluated with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）. Results：No significant differenes were fond in dinical efficacy and the score of HAMD between two groups. Conclusion ：Both chinese medicinal herb --＂Jie yu decoction＂ and determination of treatment according to different conditions of TCM are effective antidepressants.
