急性脑梗死的血压管理及中成药优势研究

摘　　要：目的:监测脑梗死急性期患者血压变化规律,并探讨中成药治疗急性脑梗死的效果及优势。方法:选择脑梗死急性期病人267例,分为两组,其中对照组122例,治疗组145。观察急性期两组患者的血压变化及急性脑梗死治疗组应用中成药的优势。结果:脑梗死急性期血压增高者占86.5%,以后在无特殊降压措施及不用对血压有影响的药物条件下,血压随时间逐渐下降;第7天与第1天比较,收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)均有明显下降。86%的脑梗死患者血压的昼夜节律消失。治疗组奥扎格雷钠、阿司匹林联用灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死优于对照组。结论:脑梗死急性期患者血压增高,但增高的血压有自发下降的趋势;脑梗死患者血压的昼夜节律消失者占大多数;奥扎格雷钠、阿司匹林联用灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,尤其是急性期脑梗死伴有冠心病的中成药治疗体现出较大优势。Objective： Patients with acute cerebral infarction monitoring pressure variation, And explore proprietary Chinese medicine treatment Acute cerebral infarction effect and strengths. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction choose 267 cases, Divided into two groups, One group 122 patents, 145 treatment group, Two groups of patients with acute observation period of blood pressure changes and treatment group of proprietary applications of chinese patent drug. Results： Acute cerebral infarction accounted for 86% of increased blood pressure, No special antihypertensive measures after and dont affect blood pressure drugs conditions, Blood pressure drop gradually over time, Article 7 days compared with dayl, Systolic and diastolic pressure were obviously decreased. 86% of patients with cerebral infarction pressure circadian rhythms. Treatment group ozagrel,aspirin and breviscapinun the treatment of acute cerebral infarction better than control. Conclusion ： Patients with acute cerebral infarction increased blood pressure, But higher blood pressure is sponta- neous downward trend;Patients with cerebral infarction of the circadian bp disappear majority;Treatment group ozagrel, aspirin and breviscapintm the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective, Especially Treatment of Chinese medicine treatment cute cerebral infarction with coronary heart disease reflect advantages.
