摘　　要：根据电能质量检测技术的现状及现代监测系统的要求,提出了一种基于网络的电能质量监测系统的设计方案,并完成了系统的硬件和软件设计。介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件模块,软件设计采用虚拟仪器技术,能够实现对电网中相关参数的数据采集、分析处理数据,并能进行图形化显示;系统采用网络技术,能够对现场计算机的远程访问,实现远程监测与控制;最后,详细阐述了系统网络通信功能技术的实现,并在LabVIEW开发环境下完成了监测系统软件的设计与实现。According to the present situation and monitoring requirement of the power quality test technology, this paper introduces a power quality monitoring system based on network, and completes the design of hardware and software of the system. The structure of hardware and software module is introduced. In this system, the design of system software adopted virtual instrumentation technology can realize the functions including data acquisition, data processing, and so on. Network technology is used to the monitoring system in order to realize the monitoring and control of the objective computer in locale. At last, the design and implementation of the test system software under LabVIEW development environment is completed.
