摘 要:为了在低带宽的条件下提高视频质量并获得更高的编码效率,提出一种基于感兴趣区域(ROI)实现可伸缩容错编码的方法。在编码时结合基于ROI对象的动态FMO,满足了编码效率和容错性能的折衷。同时,结合FMO特性实现对增强层的感兴趣区域的优先传输,提高了视频质量和码流的可伸缩性。实验结果表明,该方法对于带宽受限条件下的图像传输具有很好的差错鲁棒性,图像PSNR可以提高2.5dB左右,能为图像感兴趣区域提供有效保护,提高图像质量。In order to improve video quality and obtain higher efficiency of the code in lower bandwidth conditions, a error resilience scalable coding method based on a region of interest (ROI) is presented. In order to ensure accurate and transmit efficiently, the coding combined with object FMO, a trade-off between the coding efficiency and error resilience is obtained. Meanwhile, it realize that the ROI of the enhancement layer is always transmitted prior by using FMO, and improve the quality and scalability of the video stream. Experimental results show that the transmission has a good image of error robustness under conditions of limited bandwidth, the PSNR gain is more than 2.5 dB, provide protection for ROI effectively and improve image quality.
