摘　　要：网络教学平台是网络教学的技术基础,如何有效地管理和使用资源、为使用者提供更加个性化的服务,成为网络教学平台关注的焦点。本文研究并设计了一种通用智能化网络教学平台,该平台采用分层的系统架构,通用的功能模块,利用数据挖掘知识将智能课程推荐与平台无缝融合,并采用了基于RSS的Web 2.0技术,有效提高了网络教学质量和教学效率。Network Teaching Platform （NTP） is the technical foundation for network teaching. With the richness of teaching resources and the depth of network application it gradually became the focus of NTP that how to effectively manage and utilize resources to provide personalized services. In response to above issues, a generic and intelligent NTP was proposed, which used hierarchical structure, generic functional modules and data mining algorithms to build intelligent courses recommendation. In addition, Web 2.0 technology, for example RSS also applied to the NTP. So the quality and effectiveness of network teaching are improved.
