摘　　要：知识集成是降低知识内耗、消除"知识孤岛"、促进知识创新与充分挖掘知识资源价值的重要环节。在分析知识管理相关研究成果的基础上,提出基于知识地图的知识集成模式,研究基于概念地图、过程地图、学科地图、职称地图和认知地图的知识集成机理,并以新产品开发知识集成为例分析这一过程,为控制知识集成过程提供新方法。Knowledge integration is an important link in reducing inner knowledge consumption, eliminating isolated knowledge island, promoting knowledge innovation and fully exploiting the value of knowledge resources. Based on the analysis of the relevant research results of knowledge management, this paper puts forward a knowledge integration pattern based on knowledge map, and studies the mechanism of knowledge integration based on concept map, process map, subject map, title map and cognition map. The paper also analyzes this process by taking the knowledge integration of new product development as an example so as to provide a new method of controlling the knowledge integration process.
