家兔细菌内毒素致热的灵敏度变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究家兔对细菌内毒素致热的灵敏度变化。方法取16只使用8次以上体质量近3kg的家兔,随机分为A、B两组(静脉注射细菌内毒素5、10EU.kg-1),分别在0、2、9、23d注射1次,观察升温值。结果A组,注射后第0、2、9、23天,总升温分别为6.4℃、3.4℃、2.3℃、3.7℃,与0d比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。B组,注射后第0、2、9、23天,总升温分别为7.8℃、5.5℃、2.7℃、5.9℃,其中除了第0、2天与第23天升温无显著性差异外,其余各时间点温度均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论注射细菌内毒素10EU.kg-1组家兔升温幅度比注射细菌内毒素5EU.kg-1组高;两组家兔在第0天对细菌内毒素最敏感,第9天灵敏度降至最低,第23天灵敏度回升至接近第2天的水平。两组家兔的升温点主要集中在1.5～2.0h。Aim To investigate the sensitivity of rabbits to endotoxin. Methods 16 rabbits which had been tested over eighttimes were divided into 2 groups and then were injected endotoxin 5EU ·kg^-1 and 10EU·kg^-1 in group A and B respectively, once a day on day 0, 2, 9, 23. The temperature changes were observed according to the pyrogen test. Results The total body temperature of rabbits in group A increased 6.4℃ ,3.4℃ ,2.3℃ ,3.7℃on day 0, 2, 9, 23 respectively after injection. Compared with day 0, the difference in temperature was marked （ P 〈 0.05）. In group B, the total body temperatures increased 7.8℃, 5.5℃,2.7℃, 5.9℃ on day 0, 2, 9, 23 respectively after injection. Except for day 0, 2 and on day 23, there was obvious difference in temperature on other days （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The temperature in the 5EU·kg^-1 endotoxin group increased higher than that in the 10 EU·kg^-1 endotoxin group. All the rabbits were most sensitiove to endotoxin on day 0 and least sensitive to endotoxin on day 9 after injection in two groups. The sensitivity of rabbits on day 23 increased to the same level on day 2. The peak temperatures of the two groups were both focused on 1.5 - 2.0 hour after injection.
