摘 要:目的:测定绿茶饮料中总黄酮含量。方法:以芦丁作为标准,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠作为显色体系对绿茶饮料中总黄酮含量进行分光光度法测定。结果:其线性范围为8.04-40.20μg/mL,线性方程为:Abs=0.01144×C-0.03162,r=0.9978;在50-120min内稳定性较好;加标回收实验康师傅绿茶为91.97%,雀巢原叶绿茶为103.13%,统一绿茶为96.24%。结论:分光光度法测定绿茶饮料中总黄酮含量样品处理方法简便快速,结果稳定可靠。There are many methods for detection of total flavonoids [ 1 - 3 ]. In this study, the total flavonoids in green tea were determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as the standard and sodium nitrite - nitrate aluminum - sodium hydroxide as the color system of total flavonoids in tea Determination content [4 ]. The regression equation is Abs = 0.01144×C - 0.03162, r=0. 9978 with a good /inearity ranged 8.04 -40. 20ug/mL. The average recovery rate of Kangshifu Green Tea was 91.97%, Quechao Green Tea 103. 13% and Tongyi Green Tea 96. 24%. The method is simple, convenient, practicable and the result are reliable.
