摘  要:不结球白菜采后在25℃条件下贮藏5d内呼吸强度呈峰型变化,而乙烯释放量持续下降。比较分析外叶和内叶SOD、CAT、POD活性,AsA、GSH、Car、Chl、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量和膜透性的差异表明:不结球白菜采后衰老与其活性氧代谢失调及膜脂过氧化作用增强有关。The respiratory rate showed a climacteric like pattern,while the ethylene production was decreased continuously at 25℃ in Chinese cabbage( Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis Makino)during 5 days after harvest.The superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activities,ascorbic acid(AsA),glutathione(GSH)carotenoid(Car),chlorophyll(Chl),soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA)contents and membrane permeability of both the outer blade and inner blade were comparably studied.The experimental results indicated that the postharvest senescence in Chinese cabbage( Brassica campestris L.ssp. chinensis Makino)is accompanied by the damage of the lipid peroxidation caused by active oxygen.
