摘 要:建立了微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT-AES)测定交联淀粉中磷含量的相应数学模型,对数学模型中的各个参数进行了不确定度来源分析,分别对A类不确定度(由测量结果的统计分布计算的不确定度)和B类不确定度(基于经验或其他信息的概率分布估计的不确定度)进行评定.按照国际通用方法对各个不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,得到该方法的不确定度评定结果.结果表明,不确定度的主要来源为工作曲线拟合线性方程和样品的称量.A mathematic model for evaluating the uncertainty of the determination procedure for phosphorus in cross-linked starch by microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MFF -AES) is established. The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters in the model are analyzed. The uncertainties of type A (based on the calculation of the statistical distribution of the determination results) and type B(based on the estimation by experience and the probability distribution of other information) are evaluated. According to the international general method, the component uncertainties are synthesized and extended, respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation. The results show that the fitted linear regression equation for the calibration curve and the weighing of sample are the main sources of uncertainties.
