摘　　要：目的:制备吸湿性较弱和富有弹性的氧氟沙星栓剂。方法:选用甘油、明胶作为赋形剂并与主药氧氟沙星制成栓剂,依照氧氟沙星栓的国家质量标准进行质量考察。结果:用该处方及工艺制成的氧氟沙星栓吸湿性较弱,富有弹性,质量要求符合其国家标准。结论:该处方及工艺可靠可行,产品质量符合其国家标准。Objective： To prepare ofloxacin suppositore with weak hydroscopicity and good elasticity. Method： Ofloxacin suppositore was prepared using glycerol and gelatin as excipient and ofloxacin as principal agent. Evaluate its quality according to national quality standards for ofloxacin suppositore. Result： Ofloxacin suppositore prepared with this method showed good elasticity and weak hydroscopicity, its quality is consistent with the national standards. Conclusion： Preparation of ofloxacin suppositore with the above mentioned composition and technique are reliable and feasible; the product quality is consistent with the national standards.
