摘　　要：近年来,受社会转型这一大变革之推动,构建符合新时期特殊需要的纠纷解决机制成为理论界和实务界炙手可热的话题。根据沟通学说之观点,任何制度要想在历史进程中焕发蓬勃的生命力,必须重视该制度主体之间、规则之间、各个阶段之间的互动和交流,以期实现一个动态循环的过程。基于此种理念,应探索构建符合我国转型时期国情的多元纠纷解决机制,寻求我国法律制度多元的沟通径路。In recent years, with the motivation of social transformation, it has become a hot topic in theory and practice to structure disputes settlement system eoinciding with special requirement in new era. According to communicating theory., if one system wants to have flourishing vitality in history process, it shouhl focus on the mutual reaet and communication between main bodies, rules and stages, so as to realize a dynamie and circular process. On the basis of theory, we should seek diversified communication ways to our legal system when exploring the diversified disputes settlement system coinciding with the situation of our eountry during transformation period.
