摘  要:钙离子(Ca2+)、赤霉素(GA3)以及它们的混合液在同等环境不同浓度条件下浸种小麦种子,萌发时比较对小麦种子的吸水、发芽率、α-淀粉酶及总淀粉酶活力的影响。实验结果表明,在浸种6h后,GA3的单独溶液、GA3和Ca2+复合液对种子吸水有促进作用,而Ca2+的单独溶液则抑制吸水,但是在浸种12h、24h后,不同试剂处理对小麦萌发时的吸水作用没有明显差异。10mmol/L的Ca2+溶液比其它浓度的Ca2+溶液对α-粉酶活力的提高有更明显的促进作用,3umol/LGA3溶液对α-淀粉酶活力的提高也有较强的促进作用,以10mmol/L的Ca2+和3umol/LGA3浓度的混合液对α-粉酶活力提高的促进作用最强。This experiment has studied the calcium, GA3 and their mixture when soaking wheat seeds under the same environment but different concentration condition. Their effects on the suction of wheat seed germination rate, the activity of α-amylase and total amylase when the wheat seeds germinate are compared. The results show that: GA3 and the mixture of GA3 and Ca2 + can promote the suction of wheat seeds while Ca2+ inhibits it after six hours. But there is no significant difference when the seeds are soaked in the three solutions mentioned above after 12h or 24h; The calcium solution of 10mmol / L and the GA3 solution of 3umol / L can better promote the improvement of the activity of etamylase than other concentrations of calcium solution and GA3 solution respectively; The mixture of the calcium solution of 10 mmol / L and 3 umol / L GA3 concentration, however, is the most effective in the improvement of the activity of a-amylase.
