摘　　要：简述了竹材去内节破竹机研制的技术背景,针对其需要解决的技术问题提出了设计思路;通过对两种去内节破竹机性能的对比分析,确定了中试生产设备为弹力夹紧式去内节破竹机;并介绍了弹力夹紧式去内节破竹机的工作原理和主要机构的设计及其主要技术参数和特点。The technical background of research on machine with function of removing inner segment and splitting bamboo was reviewed. In terms of the technical issues which need to be solved, the design ideas were presented. Comparison of the two kinds of machine with function of removing inner segment and splitting bamboo performance, it identified that the pilot production equipment was elastic clamp-type machine with function of removing inner segment and splitting＇bamboo. And the operation principle, main mechanism design, main technical parameters and characteristics of elastic clamp-type machine were introduced.
