摘　　要：文章在研究主齿总成结构及主齿轴承预紧原理的基础上,深入分析了影响主齿轴承预紧的主要因素及其影响机理;针对目前普遍采用的垫片复测系统的不足,提出了优化改进方案,根据产品设计要求,合理利用M-Fa调整范围,使实际预紧控制更容易,提高了生产效率。This article, on the basis of studying the ing preqoad mechanism, analyses the main factors structure of pinion gear assembly and pinion bearwhich have impact on pinion bearing preload. And according to the deficiency in generally used shim rechecking system, the author optimizes the shim rechecking machine system. By making use of a rational expanding tolerance of the M-F according to the principle of product design, it is easier for the actual pro-load control, and to improve the pinion gear assembly production efficiency.
