东北小鲵雄性泄殖系统的解剖学与组织学研究

摘　　要：应用常规解剖学方法和石蜡切片HE染色技术对东北小鲵雄性泄殖系统进行了较为系统的解剖学和组织学研究。结果表明：东北小鲵的雄性泄殖系统由肾、精巢、出精小管,输精管和泄殖腔组成。肾为中肾,位于体腔后部脊柱两侧,长度约为体长的3/5~2/3。肾小体较少,肾小囊发达,肾小管数目较多;精巢卵圆柱形,位于同侧肾的前方。生精小管和输精管在不同季节和不同发育阶段存在较大差异。繁殖期的生精小管上皮细胞由精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞组成且依次排列,精子大多聚集在一起,游离于管腔内;非繁殖期的生精小管上皮细胞主要由精原细胞组成,细胞排列紧密,有的生精小管的管腔为实心。The anatomy and histology of the male urogenital system of Hynobius leechit was studied with conventional analornical method and paraffin section-HE yeing technology. The result showed that the male urogenital system of Hynobius leechi is made up of kidney, spermary, efferent spermaduct, spermaduct, renal tubule and cloaca. The kidney of Hynobius leechi was mesonephros, the renal corpuscles was less, the Bowman＇s capsules was developed, the number of renal tubule was many. The spermary is made up of spermatogentic duet. The spermatogentic duet and spermaduct was different in irreproducible phase and reproducible phase. The epithelial cell of spermatogentic duet in reproducible phase made up of spermatogonia, primary spermatocycle and secondary spermatocyte, they are arranged in turn. The sperm to be collected all together dissociate in spermatogentic duet. The epithelial cell of spermatogentic duet in irreproducible phase made up of spermatogonia, their range was close, some spermatogentic duets was solid.
