摘 要:超速行驶目前已成为困扰我国交通界的一大难题,且是诱发道路交通事故的主要原因之一。它不仅导致了交通事故数的增加,同时也加剧了事故的严重性。通过对重庆市渝宜高速公路事故原因进行分析,采用超速事故比和超速死亡比两项指标来衡量超速行驶造成的道路交通事故数量和事故严重程度,并对其超速状况进行详细分析,最后提出从合理设置限速、严格执法并加强信息诱导、加强道路交通安全宣传入手,提倡系统地、综合地解决超速这一复杂问题,提出超速行驶违法行为预防对策。Speeding drive has become a big problem troubling traffic engineers and is an important incentive cause leading to road traffic accidents. It not only leads to an increase of the number of traffic accidents, but also aggravates the seriousness of the accident. After analyzing the accident cause of Chongqing-Yichang expressway, the ratio of accidents caused by speeding to the total number of accidents and the ratio of death number caused by speeding to the total number of accidents are used to measure the effect of speeding on the number of traffic accidents and the seriousness of the accident. After analyzing the speeding situation, some measures are put forward to solve this complex problem systemically and synthetically, such as setting speed limits reasonably, enhancing law enforcement and information induction, as well as enhancing traffic safety publicity.
