摘　　要：简要叙述了莱钢竖炉通过对干燥床篦条、干燥床倾角和竖炉炉型进行合理改造,合理调节高炉煤气中焦炉煤气的配加量,严格控制圆筒烘干机煤气用量,有效降低球团煤气单耗至0.85GJ/t。This paper briefly introduces the efficient reduction of specific energy consumption for pellets to 0.85GJ/t, through reasonable reform of hearth dryer bar grates, hearth dryer angle of dip and shaft profile for shaft furnaces in Laigang, rational regulation of rate of addition of C-gas to BFG, stringent control of coal gas dosage for cylinder drying machine.
