摘　　要：目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在大小鼠肠、肝、肾的表达及其在大小鼠同一器官的表达差异。方法分别取体重为(111.6±16.0)gSD大鼠6只和(17.1±2.0)g昆明小鼠7只的肠、肝、肾,常规石蜡切片,苏木精伊红(HE)染色观察形态,SABC法检测PCNA的表达。结果PCNA在大小鼠肠绒毛固有层、肠腺细胞、肝细胞、肾小球和肾小管中有不同程度的表达,PCNA免疫反应阳性物质在肠、肝、肾的积分光密度在大小鼠同一器官的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正常情况下大小鼠肠、肝、肾均有一些细胞处于增殖状态,同一器官中PCNA的表达差异不明显。Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in rat and mouse intestines, liver and kidney. To find wether there was difference in the same organs between the rat and mouse. Methods The intestine, liver and kidney were selected from six SD rats [weight（111.6±16.0）g] and seven Knnming mouse [weight（17.1± 2.0）g], slided with conventional paraffin sections, stained by HE staing to observe the structure and SABC immunochemistry to detect the expression of PCNA. Results There were different PCNA expression levels in villus, lamina propria and gland cells of intestine, hepatocytes, in glomerulus and renal tubule with mouse or rats. There was no significant difference statistically between the integral optical density of the PCNA immunoreactive substances in rats and that in mouse intestines. So were those in liver or kidney between rat and mouse. Conclusion The proliferative state is in a number of cells in intestines, liver and kidney with rat and mouse. There is no obvious differences of the levels PCNA expression in the same organ between rat and mouse.
