摘 要:目的探讨临床PET-CT在裸鼠鼻咽癌移植瘤放疗模型中的应用。方法①18只裸鼠鼻咽癌移植瘤动物模型分别于放疗前测量瘤体大小并行18F-FDGPET-CT显像。②按瘤体大小分别将裸鼠分成3组,显像结果与组织病理学结果进行比较;③取其中3只荷瘤鼠,分别按每床位3min、5min、8min时间采集,图像处理后由两位以上有经验的核医学科医师判断图像质量。结果①放疗前裸鼠鼻咽癌移植瘤18F-FDGPET-CT显像瘤体处均为阳性。②组1,瘤体平均T/N=1.203±0.189;组2,瘤体平均T/N=2.086±0.456;组3,瘤体平均T/N=1.535±0.160。③不同采集时间对图像质量影响不大。结论①临床PET-CT可用于裸鼠鼻咽癌移植瘤动物模型的研究,对于裸鼠鼻咽癌移植瘤动物模型,3min/床位采集是可行的。②瘤体直径在1.0~1.4cm进行PET-CT显像比较适宜。Objective To explore the application of clinical positron emission tomography computed tomography (PET- CT) scan for human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) transplantation tumor animal model in nude mice. Methods ㈠Eighteen CNE-2 human nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumor-bearing nude mice were scanned by 18F-FDG PET-CT and the size of transplantation tumor were measured before radiotherapy, respectively. ② The mice were divided into 3 groups according to the transplantation tumor size and the results of PET-CT scan and the pathological diagnosis were compared. ③Three mice were scanned respectively by 3 min, 5min and 8min per bed position for the emission data collection. The PET-CT images were analyzed independently by at least two experienced nuclear medicine doctors. Results ①The 18F-FDG PET-CT scan results displayed all the tumor mice were positive before radiotherapy. ②The average tumor T/N ratio of groupl was 1.203±0.189, and that of group 2 and group3 was 2.086±0.456 and 1.535±0.160, respectively. ③The time had no effect on PET-CT scanner. Conclusion ①The clinical PET-CT scan were applied to study human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) transplantation tumor animal model in nude mice, and 3 min per bed position were recommendation level.② The transplantation tumor, diameter between 1.0 centimeter to 1.4 centimeter, were suitable for the clinical PET-CT scan.
