摘 要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)淋巴结转移CT表现与肿瘤血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、肿瘤淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density,LVD)间的相关性。方法:搜集60例经手术病理证实的NSCLC,术前均行CT平扫及增强扫描,对手术病理标本应用免疫组织化学染色法(P-V法)检测肿瘤组织VEGF-C及LVD,分析淋巴结转移CT表现与VEGF-C、LVD间的相关性。结果:60例NSCLC中,淋巴结转移的CT表现阳性组VEGF-C、LVD均高于阴性组。结论:螺旋CT增强扫描所示淋巴结转移CT表现与VEGF-C及LVD相关,可间接反映其含量。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and lymphatic vessel density(LVD) as well as the lymph node involvement with CT signs in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Sixty patients with NSCLC were examined with plain and enhanced SCT scanning and proved surgically and pathologically.The resected tumor specimens were immunohistochemically stained(P-V method)for measuring VEGF-C and LVD.The results were compared with the lymph node involvement with CT signs.Results:In 60 NSCLC,VEGF-C and LVD in the lymph node involvement features observed on CT group was significantly higher than that in the negative group.Conclusion:The lymph node involvement features observed on CT scan are closely correlated with VEGF-C and LVD in NSCLC,which can reflect the expression of the markers.
