摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜超声引导下肝肿瘤射频消融治疗(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)的优势。方法:回顾性研究分析2005年5月～2009年6月行腹腔镜超声引导腹腔镜下冷循环射频消融治疗肝肿瘤患者23例。观察患者的预后情况及并发症。结果:无论直径大小;是否临近大血管、胆道及周围重要脏器的肝肿瘤,均未见严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜超声引导下RFA是一种有效、安全的治疗手段,且穿刺更加准确安全。Objective：To invstigate the advantage of Radiofrequency Ablation guided by laparoscopic ultrasound for the treatment of liver tumor.Methods：Records of 23 liver tumor patients underwent laparoscopoc readiofrequency from May,2005 to June,2009 were reviewed retrospectively.The prognosis and complications were observed.Results：No severe complications were observed whatever the diameter of the tumor,the proximity to intrahepatic vessels,biliary tract and important internal organs.Conclusion：RFA under laparoscopy is a kind of safe and effective therapy for liver tumor,with the scurity and accuracy of centesis.
