摘 要:目的:采用三维有限元方法研究聚乙烯纤维树脂核桩冠在修复上颌中切牙时桩的受力情况。方法:螺旋CT机扫描正常人上颌中切牙,处理数据确定牙外周轮廓,获得边界坐标数据。将数据导入ANSYS中得到牙体的三维有限元模型。进行模型整体网格划分,在加载区域施加100 MPa外部静荷载,固定桩长,设定桩顶端直径为3.0、2.0、1.5和1.2 mm,分别计算桩唇、腭侧Von M ises应力并分析其变化趋势。结果:桩直径为3.0 mm时,距桩尖6.0 mm以上截面处Von M ises应力明显大于桩直径为2.0 mm及以下桩径组。结论:聚乙烯纤维桩桩冠修复上颌中切牙时,桩径应小于2.0 mm,此时桩各部位受力较小。Objective To investigate the stress distribution on the post of a polyethylene fiber resin post-core system by three-dimensional finite element analysis. Methods A three-dimensional finite element analysis was performed. A simulated post/core/crown restoration was constructed on conventional tooth preparations with various diameter of posts and 2. 0 mm ferrules. The crown was loaded with a simulated 100 MPa force at 60° angle with tooth longitudinal axis on the palatal surface of the crown. Von Mises stress within the post structure were recorded. Results When the diameter of the post was 3.0 mm, the Von Mises stress, which was at the 6. 0 mm to the tip of the post, was much larger than that of 2.0 mm of the post diameter. Conclusion The diameter of the fiber post restored in the root of maxillary central incisor by polyethylene fiber resin post-and-core system should be less than 2.0 mm, and at the same time, the Von Mises stress on the post would be lesser.
