摘  要:目的:探讨海洛因依赖对大鼠十二指肠胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)免疫反应(IR)细胞形态学和功能改变的影响。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法。结果:与正常对照组及盐水对照组比较,Gas-IR、SS-IR细胞免疫组织化学显色在海洛因依赖组均增强,阳性细胞数增多;图像分析结果表明,海洛因依赖组Gas—IR、SS-IR细胞的平均灰度值较正常和盐水对照组显著降低,以24d组最低。结论:大鼠十二指肠中的Gas—IR、SS-IR细胞通过细胞数的增加以及增强合成、分泌Gas、SS的方式,参与海洛因依赖期间大鼠机体内的调节过程。Objective: To explore possible function of duodenum gastrin (Gas) and somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive (IR) cells during heroin dependence period. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was applied. Results: As compared with normal control group (NCG) and saline control group (SCG), immunoreactivity of duodenum Gas-IR and SS-IR ceils in the heroin dependence group (HI)G) increased obviously, and the immunostaining of cells turned more intensive, especially at the 24th day. The results of image analysis showed that the mean grey scale of duodenum Gas-IR and SS-IR cells in HDG decreased obviously as compared with NCG and SCG, especially at the 24th day. Conclusion: The changes of duodenum Gas- IR and SS-IR ceils in HDG suggest that duodenum Gas-IR and SS-IR cells are involved in the regulation of heroin dependence by enhancing secretion of Gas and SS.
