摘  要:目的:探讨正常成人大脑浅静脉吻合静脉的分布情况及其临床意义。方法:回顾性分析100例正常成人数字减影血管造影片,并观察测量大脑浅静脉吻合静脉形态。结果:Trolard静脉和Labb6静脉是大脑浅静脉的主要吻合静脉,它们都与大脑中浅静脉相联系,但并不是所有的大脑半球吻合静脉都发达,Labb6静脉缺如率15%,Trolard静脉缺如率40G。结论:大脑浅静脉吻合静脉变异较大,术前应查清重要吻合静脉的显微解剖,设计合理的手术入路,避免术中损伤而引起并发症。Objective: To study normal ligital sabtraction angiography (DSA) venographic findings of anastomotic veins of superficial cerebral veins and discuss its clinical applications. Methods: The anastomotic veins of superficial cerebral veins of 100 normal adults were measured on the DSA scans retrospectively. Results: The Trolard vein and the Labb6's vein were the main anastomotic veins of the superficial cerebral veins, connecting with the superficial middle cerebral vein. Not all anastomotic veins were showed in each cerebral hemisphere, with absense of Trolard's vein in 400/00 and absense of Labb6's vein in 15% of the 200 hemispheres. Conclusion: The anastomotic veins of superficial cerebral veins show variable shapes. It is recommended to make clear microanatomy of all large anastomotie veins preoperatively and to design individualized surgical approach and preserve them during operative procedures.
