摘　　要：以具有代表性的国防知识产权保护现状为例,从企业的角度分析我国国防知识产权保护不力的深层次原因,提出从激发申请的积极性、促进转化实施和创新企业知识产权管理方式等方面加强国防知识产权保护的建议。Taking the representative protection actuality on defense of intellectual property rights as a case, analysis on the deepen reasons which cannot protect the defense of intellectual property fights scantly from the angle of a plant. Some suggestions have been made to inspire the positivity of application, enhance the transformation and innovate the management capacity and pathway. All of that will impel the national defense of the intellectual property rights further research.
