摘 要:采用综合方法对4省36所中小学的公共安全教育与伤害防范工作进行研究.结果发现:校园公共安全教育多以说教形式为主,伤害防范普遍缺乏实际操作和演练,导致中小学生公共安全知识相对贫乏,伤害防范和急救能力存有较大差异.应针对中小学生的身心特点和需求,设计和完善公共安全教育和伤害防范工作的制度和措施,将有害学生身心健康的因素和影响减少到最小程度,为21世纪中国现代化建设提供安全少灾的人力资源环境,为创建安全和谐社会做出贡献.The paper adopts an integrated approach to study the public safety education and injury prevention in 36 primary and secondary schools of 4 provinces. The results shows that campus publie safety education is mainly in the form of preach, injury prevention is generally lack of practical operation and drilling, which leads to that the primary and seeondary school students relatively lack of public safety knowledge, and there are great differences in the injury prevention and first aid ability. Focusing on the physical and psychological characteristics and needs of primary and secondary school students, the paper designs and improves the systems and measures of public safety education and injury prevention to minimize the harmful factors and impacts to students physical and mental health, provide safe human resources and the environment for the modernization of China in 21st century, and make contribution to create a safe and harmonious society.
