摘　　要：本文介绍了ISO14031标准的内涵与作用,并阐述了这一标准的工作流程。针对国有资源型企业的特点,本文设计了基于ISO14031标准的国有资源型企业环境绩效评价指标体系。该体系可以作为企业环境管理的控制工具,通过定性与定量的信息来表达,向企业利益相关者提供信息,方便管理层决策。This paper introduces the meaning and role of ISO 14031 standard and explains its work processes. Under this standard framework and based on the characteristics of resource - based state - owned enterprise, this paper formulates environmental performance assessment criteria system for resource - based state - owned enterprises. The system can be used as the control tool for enterprise environmental management. By qualitative and quantitative information, this system provides information for business stakeholders and facilitates the management to make decisions.
