摘 要:以脱色率和莽草酸回收率为考察指标,对9种大孔吸附树脂进行了筛选,并通过静态吸附和动态吸附试验对筛选出的树脂进行考察,得出了莽草酸粗提液脱色和树脂再生的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:HPD-100树脂的脱色效果最好,脱色的最佳工艺条件为温度25℃,上柱液pH值4.0,总固形物含量0.5%,流速4BV/h(1BV=1.5×105mm3),此条件下,处理量为25BV时脱色率仍达70%,莽草酸的回收率可达91.2%。选用体积分数70%的乙醇溶液作为再生剂,上柱流速为2BV/h,再生效果较好。In this paper, nine kinds of macroporous resin were screened to study the decolonization rate and the recovery rate of shikimic acid. Through the static and dynamic adsorption experiments for the selected resin, the optimum conditions of decolorization of shikimic acid extract and resin regeneration were obtained. The results showed that the HPD-100 resin was the best. The best technology conditions were: temperature 25℃ , pH value 4.0, total solids content 0.5% , flow rate 4BV/h. Under these conditions, the decolorization ratio was about 70% at 25BV, the recovery ratio of the shikimic acid was 91.2%. The regeneration was better by using 70% ethanol solution as the regenerates and flow rate at 2BV/h.
