摘  要:结合工作实践,阐述在临床药师培养中如何具体地处理几个环节。进一步提出:临床实践是"学用药"最主要的途径;临床实践培养目标是提高临床药师的核心能力;通过对住院病人进行全程化药学监护,让学员学会如何看病人;病例讨论是最主要的互动式教学方法;临床药师师资队伍的建设是当务之急;教学药历是临床药师培养的重要手段;临床药师要分管床位,加强全程化药学监护;病例的选择、考核专家的确定以及适当的提问是病例考核的关键。Based on practices, key links of clinical pharmacist training were discussed.Clinical practice was the most important way for drug use.The objective of clinical practice was to improve clinical pharmacist s core capacity.Integrated drug monitoring could promote pharmacists drug use skill.Medical record discussion was the most important interactive teaching method.Trainer team construction was urgent role.Teaching drug use record is an important method of clinical pharmacist training.Strengthening integrated drug monitoring, case selection, professional experts and appropriate question were /he key factors for case assessment.
