摘　　要：日趋激烈的竞争和理财环境的不确定性使企业集团面临的风险不断加剧,包括经营风险、财务风险,将直接影响企业集团的生存和发展,如何有效地防范、控制和化解企业集团财务风险,使企业集团持续健康地发展,是当前财务管理领域的一项重要课题。Both the more and more fierce competition and the uncertainty of financial management have aggravated the risks that corporate groups have to face with.The risks,including operational and financial,will directly have an influence on the survival and development of corporate groups.Thus,it has undoubtedly become a significant task in the financial-managing field to research on how to take precautions against,control and ease the financial risks and,consequently,keep corporate groups developing healthily.
