低成本与差异化竞争优势的融合——二元领导行为的启示与证据

摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上,从高层领导行为的研究视角入手,采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法探讨高层领导者的二元领导行为如何促进企业低成本与差异化竞争优势的融合.研究结果表明:高层领导者的二元领导行为能够带来企业低成本与差异化竞争优势的融合,并且协同性技术创新在其中起着中介作用;高层领导者的变革型领导行为能够通过突破性技术创新的中介作用来实现差异化竞争优势,交易型领导行为可以通过渐进性技术创新的中介作用带来企业低成本竞争优势的实现.最后探讨了本文的研究意义和未来研究方向.Through literature review of previous findings, it takes the perspective of dual leadership behavior to discuss the relationship between the high-level dual leadership behavior and the balance of differentiation and low cost competitive advantage. The result suggests that dual leadership behavior can help realize the amalgamation of low cost and differentiation competitive advantage through mediating role of cooperative technological innovation. Furthermore, it finds top leaders＇ transformational leadership behavior and transactional leadership behavior influence differentiation and low cost competitive advantage through mediating role of radical technology innovation and incremental technology innovation respectively. Finally, research meaning and future direction is discussed.
