摘 要:目的改进供应室工作人员排班方法,节省人力资源,提高工作效率。方法根据各班工作性质和特点,针对原有排班与临床科室及手术室工作时间存在的冲突等不足,调整各班次上班时间,改进排班方法,采取连续性排班、弹性排班制、取消夜班制等方式进行排班。结果改进排班方法后临床科室对供应室护理工作满意度由改进排班前的91.5分上升到改进后的96.5分;供应室工作人员加班时数明显减少。结论通过改进排班方法不仅满足了临床科室及手术室物品的需求,而且使供应室的人力资源达到最佳的利用和管理。Objective To improve the shifting in the supply department and thus to save human resources and increase the work efficiency. Methods On the basis of the work characteristics and in light of the defects in the previous shifts such as conflicts with the work time of the clinical departments and the operation theatre, the work time of the shifts was adjusted with the seamless shifting and elastic shifting adopted and night shifting cancelled. Results The score by the clinical departments for the satisfaction in the work of the supply department increased from to 96.5, as against 91.5 before the improvement in the shifting, and its overwork time decreased markedly. Conclusion The shifting improvement not only better satisfies the requirements of clinical departments and operation theatre, but also yields the best use and management of the human resources of the supply department.
