摘 要:参与式教学是近二十年发展起来的一种新型教学方法。它以学生为主体,灵活采用形式多样的方法和途径,让学生积极参与到教学活动中,发挥自己的才智,取得最佳的学习效果。参与式教学方法充分体现了现代教学的理念,从根本上改变了传统课堂教学的模式,是教育教学改革的一大突破。本文认为,在高校英语专业课堂教学中,运用参与式教学方法可以有效地提高课堂教学的效果,对于提高学生的学习自主性和积极性,促进学生专业能力的发展,培养学生的思维能力和创新能力具有重要的作用。Participation-based Teaching,a newly-developed teaching approach,takes students as the main body and gives full play to their wisdom and abilities through different kinds of ways,thus achieving greater results in the process of participation in classroom activities.Participation-based teaching is a breakthrough in teaching reform since it reflects modern teaching concept,and changes fundamentally the traditional teaching mode.This paper proposes that applying participation-based teaching in English major classtional teaching mode. This paper proposes that applying participation-based teaching in English major classroom teaching can better classroom teaching and plays an important role in increasing students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning, promoting their professional development, and cultivating their abilities in thinking and creativeness.
