摘 要:通过试验和理论探讨,对碳/碳复合摩阻材料中基体碳的碳化机理、浸渍过程及条件进行了研究,得出的结论为:①1000℃的碳化温度是获得实质性碳的温度,在2200℃时,本课题中的基体碳已基本转化为石墨结构。②软化点为76℃的中温沥青加热温度在300℃时已完全流变,其润湿角为零。这些结论对制作碳/碳复合摩阻材料的关键工艺及碳收率的改善有积极意义。The carbonification mechanism and maceration process and conditions of matrix-carbon of the developed C/C cornposites have been mvestigated by means of experiments and theoretical exploration. The results show (1)real carbon can be obtained when HTT = 1000 ℃; when HTT = 2200℃, matrix-carbon of the C/C composites has changed into graphite struc-ture. (2)Medium-temperature pitch that softs at 76℃ will spread completely in HTT = 300℃, its moist angle being zero. These reesults are significant for the key technology of carbon-carbon cornposites friction materials and the improvement of carbon mcrement.
