摘  要:本文系统介绍了取向硅钢与无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层,包括有机涂层、无机涂层和半无机涂层三大类。无机涂层具有良好的耐热和焊接性能,但其冲制性和粘结性不佳。半无机涂层具有良好的冲制性和粘结性,但其耐热性和焊接性不及无机涂层。另外,最新研究的取向硅钢表面物理气相沉积TiN、CrN和TiC绝缘涂层可使硅钢获得极低的铁损,大大提高了硅钢的磁通量密度,并具有优异的耐热、焊接、冲制和粘结性。In the paper, authors introduces the surface insulation coating of the grain oriented silicon steel and un oriented silicon steel. The surface insulation layers of the silicon steel comprises of the organic coating, the mineral coating and the mineral filled organic coating. The mineral coating possessed better heat resistant and welding properties, but its punching and adhesivity properties are bad. The mineral filled organic coating possessed better punching and adhesivity properties, but its heat resistant and welding properties are worse than that of the mineral coating. Otherwise, the recent study results showed that an ultra low iron loss was obtained by applying a ceramic coating such as TiN, CrN or TiC by the physical vapor deposition (PVD) to the grain oriented silicon steel sheet, this coatings also improved strongly the magnetic flux density of the silicon steel sheet, and this kinds coating possessed excellent punching, adhesivity, heat resistant and welding properties.
