学校体育设施对外开放影响因素研究

摘　　要：2006年8月国家体育总局和教育部联合在全国开展学校体育场馆向社会开放试点工作,由于学校担负着人才培养的社会职能,以及各地区各学校的体育设施条件差异较大,学校体育设施对外开放存在着资源利用低效率或不经济的现状。通过问卷调查、专家打分等方法,构建学校体育设施对外开放影响因素的评价体系;利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各要素的权重,找出关键因素;并在此基础上提出提高学校体育设施对外开放的对策建议。In August of 2006, the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education together launched the work which opened school gymnasiums and stadiums to the society in the whole country. Because school is bearing the social function of personnel training and the difference of gym facilities condition is great between schools in different region, in the course of school gymnasiums and stadiums opening to the outside world, there are some problems, such as low efficiency or uneconomical phenomena of resource utilization. The paper, based on the method of questionnaire survey and expert evaluation method, establishes the evaluation index system of the influencing factors on the school sports resources opening to the outside world, determines the weight of each indicator and finds out the influencing factors through Analytical Hierarchy Process and on the basis of it put forward countermeasure and advices which can improve the level of opening to the outside world of school sporting facilities.
