转型经济中的企业家制度能力:中国企业家的实证研究及其启示

摘　　要：为了从企业家能力角度解释转型经济中的中国企业家制度创新行为,本文提出企业家制度能力的概念。企业家制度能力是企业家通过制度创新,突破企业创业过程中的外部制度性约束和(或)内部制度性约束,促进企业成长的能力。它是制度理论和企业家能力理论的整合性产物。根据对21个中国企业家案例的聚类分析,企业家制度能力可以分为三类:外部正式制度创新能力、外部非正式制度创新能力和内部制度创新能力。21位中国企业家可以分为4种:全面性制度创新企业家、规制性制度创新企业家、认知性制度创新企业家和内部制度创新企业家。中国企业家应该大力增强制度能力,适应转型经济所导致的特殊制度环境,为成功创业提供具有本土针对性的企业家能力支撑。This paper put forward a new concept of entrepreneurial institutional competencies to analyze China's entrepreneurs' behaviour of institutional innovation in the contextulization of transitional economy from the perspective of entrepeneurial competencies. Entrepreneurial institutional competencies is to facilitate firm growth by institutional innovation and breaking through constraints of external institutions and (or) internal institutions during the course of venture, which is the intergration of theories of institution and entrepreneurial competencies. Based on cluster analysis of 21 China's entrepreneurs cases, entrepreneurial institutional competencies could be devided into three kinds, which are competencies of formal external institutional innovation, informal internal institutional innova- tion and internal institutional innovation. 21 China's entrepreneurs can be also clasified into four sorts, which are entrepreneurs of integral institutional innovation, regulative institutional innovation, cognitive institutional innovation and internal institutional innovation. China's entrepreneurs should strengthen entrepreneurial institutional competencies to provide competencies support with indigenous requirements for successful venture.
