摘 要:传统的高校信访工作以解决师生反映的问题为主,而新时期高校信访工作从内容到形式都发生了重大变化,呈现出跟以往不同的许多特点。新时期高校信访工作应当变"等信坐访"为"主动出击",从"善政"向"善治"转变,不断创新信访工作的途径、方式和工作机制,提高信访工作的成效,把信访工作看成联络师生感情的融合剂,构建和谐校园的发酵剂,推动学校事业发展的助推器。Traditional petition reception in universities mainly focused on resolving the problems of teachers and students; however, it has experienced major changes in form and content in a new era, showing different characteristics. In the new era, it should change from "passive waiting" to "active visiting", from "good service" to "good solutions". New communication channels, approaches, and mechanism are keys to improve the work efficiency. Petition reception should play the role of an adhesive to attach teachers and students sentimentally, an initiator to construct a harmonic campus, an impellor for university development.
