摘　　要：目的:了解柳州市少女妊娠的现状,为更好地开展青春期少女的性教育、维护少女健康提供科学依据。方法:对2005～2006年在我院人工终止妊娠的884例妇女进行年龄、文化程度、妊娠天数、妊娠次数、妊娠原因、人工终止妊娠的方法和心理等因素进行调查分析。结果:在人工终止妊娠的884例妇女中,未婚先孕者315例,占35.6%,其中年龄≤19岁的青春期少女233例,占26.4%。在233例少女妊娠中,未采取避孕措施者占88.8%,采用药物流产者占40.8%,采用人工流产者占47.2%,中晚期终止妊娠者占12.0%,精神高度紧张、恐惧者占89.7%。结论:人工终止妊娠者中,少女妊娠所占比例较大,对青春期少女开展性教育,加强少女的自我保护意识,减少少女妊娠,维护少女身心健康是一个亟需解决的社会问题。Objective：To explore the situation of teenage pregnancy in Liuzhou and provide a scientific basis to carry out sex education among adolescent girls and maintain their health.Methods：A survey on age,education level,days of pregnancy,times of pregnancies,pregnancy reasons,methods of artificial termination of pregnancy and psychological factors was carried out among 884 women,who were performed artificial termination of pregnancy between 2005 and 2006 in our hospital.Results：Among the 884 women who were performed artificial termination of pregnancy,unwed pregnant were 315（35.6%）,19-year-old or younger adolescent girls 233 cases（26.4%）.In the 233 adolescent pregnancy girls,those who had not taken the contraceptive measures were 88.8%;those who used medicine miscarriage were 40.8 %;those who used the induced abortion were 47.2%;those who were terminated pregnancy in the mid and late stage were 12.0%;those who were intense and frightened were 89.7%.Conclusion：Among the women who are performed the artificial termination of pregnancy,most are teenagers.It is necessary to carry out sex education among the adolescent girls.We should strengthen the adolescent girls＇ awareness of self-protection and reduce teenage pregnancy.It is an urgent social problem to protect the physical and mental health of adolescent girls.
