摘　　要：在构建军队院校全程教育管理与人才培养目标关系图的基础上，深刻分析了人才培养目标与全程教育管理关系内涵，提出了军队院校全程教育管理与人才培养目标间关系的协调对策和建议。On the basis of constructing the relationship chart between the whole process of education ＆ management and personnel cultivation objective in military academy, this paper analyzes the meaning of the relation between the whole process of education ＆ management and cultivation objectives deeply, the measure and advice to coordinate the relation between the whole process of education ＆ management and cultivation objectives are proposed.
