摘　　要：本文对电网规划进行了系统的研究,根据负荷预测得出的结果,并确定规划年内电源点的容量后,计算出在规划年内的电网情况,作者以图形化软件Visio2003为平台,采用VBA程序进行二次开发,完成了电网地理接线图和电气接线图的绘制与编辑,提供了潮流计算、短路计算、线损计算等功能,并能制作出美观易懂的Excel报表,经实际电网的计算,表明效果良好。This text has carried on systematic research on power system planning, based on the result of the load forecast and the capacity of the power point confirmed within the year, the author uses Microsoft Visio2003 as development platform and VBA as secondary development tool, finishing the drawing and editor of geographical wiring diagram and electric wiring diagram, offering the flow calculation, short-circuit calculation and line loss calculating, ete and making out beautiful Excel report form apt to know. Practical calculation indicates that the results are satisfactory.
