摘　　要：对某集团公司关停企业的数据进行了分析,提出了针对性的财务处理方式,探讨了关停企业克服当前困境的途径。This paper makes analysis on the data of closed and stopped enterprises of a certain group company,puts forward some corresponding financial transaction mode,and probes into the ways for the closed and stopped enterprise to overcome the current difficulties.
