摘　　要：目的 观察外伤性虹膜根部离断患者经闭合式单寅针连续纳式缝合术治疗的手术方法、技巧和应用效果.方法 对19例（19只眼）虹膜根部离断患者采用闭合式单直针连续纳式缝合法进行修复.结果 所有病例均获良好修复,术后瞳孔完全恢复圆形14例,近圆形5例;消除了双瞳孔以及由此产生的影响视力的不良因素,视功能不同程度提高.结论 对外伤性虹膜根部离断患者采用闭合式单直针连续纳式缝合法进行修复,可有效地恢复瞳孔,提高视功能,是一种简便、安全、有效、微创的手术方式,值得临床上推广应用.Objective To observe the skills and effects of continuous suture with simplex recti-needle on iridodiastasis in a closed eyeball.Methods Nineteen cases （ 19 eyes） with iridodiastasis underwent this operation.Results All the cases were cured with good recovery, perfect round pupil 14 cases, near round pupil 5 cases.Double pupil and its＇ bad factors were dismissed, and visual function improved in different extent. Conclusions Continuous suture with simplex recti-needle on iridodiastasis in a closed eyeball is an easy and safe operation with recovered pupil and improved visual function.It is worthy to spread in clinical.
