平阳霉素结膜下注射治疗复发性翼状胬肉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨平阳霉素结膜下注射治疗早期复发性翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 治疗组应用国产注射用盐酸平阳霉素进行结膜下沣射,每周1次,连续3周治疗23例（25只眼）早期复发性翼状胬肉;另2l例（22只眼）早期复发性翼状胬肉给予0.1%氟甲松龙眼液点眼2周,作为对照组.分别于治疗后1d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年进行随诊观察翼状胬肉的消退及进展情况.结果 治疗组随访6～12个月,21只眼复发性翼状胬肉消退,好转4只眼,治疗后均无明显并发症.对照组22只眼中,10只在6个月后进行了二次胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术或羊膜移植术.结论 应用国产注射用盐酸平阳霉素进行结膜下注射操作简便、对组织损伤小、经济实用、患者痛苦小,是治疗早期复发性翼状胬肉的一种有效方法.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of subconjunctival injection of pingyangmycin hydrochloride in treating the early stage of recurrent pterygium.Methods Twenty-three cases （25 eyes） in the early stage of recurrent pterygium were treated by subconjunctival injection of pingyangmycin hydrochloride one time a week for 3 weeks; whereas another 21 cases （22 eyes） in the early stage of recurrent pterygium as a control group were treated by eyedrop of 0.1% Fluorometholone for 2 weeks.Results After followed up for 6-12 months, recurrent pterygium of 21 eyes in subconjunctival injection group was disappear, the size of recurrent pterygium of 4 eyes was decreased, and there was no obvious complication.After 6 months, 10 cases （ 10 eyes） in control group received second operation.Conclusions Subconjunctival injection of pingyangmycin hydrochloride is an effective method for the treatment of the early stage of recurrent pterygium with less tissue injury, simply operation and less suffering.
