摘　　要：目的探讨粘液性卵巢肿瘤的螺旋CT表现特点,提高对其CT诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的38例粘液性卵巢肿瘤的螺旋CT表现表现。结果粘液性囊腺瘤16例,其中6例为单房薄壁性囊肿,10例为多房不均匀薄壁性囊肿;交界性粘液性囊腺瘤4例为多房囊壁厚薄不均囊性肿块;粘液性囊腺癌18例为多房囊实为主肿块。结论螺旋CT对粘液性卵巢肿瘤的诊断有较大价值。Objective To investigate the spiral CT manifestations of mucous ovarian tumors,improving the ability of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of its. Methods Spiral CT findings in 38 cases of mucous ovarian tumors proved by surgery and pathology were studied retrospectively. Results Of 38 mucous ovarian tumors,16 caseswere mucous cystadenomas,being unilocular（n=6） with wall thinness cysts and multilocular （n=10） with uneven wall cysts thinness;4 case were borderline,being multilocucar with uneven wall thickness tumors;18 cases were mucous cystadenocarcinomas,being multilocular with cystis and solid area. Conclusion Spiral CT is valuable imaging modality in the diagnosis of mucous ovarian tumors.
