摘　　要：根据成人高等教育学员的来源及思想状况,分析了成人高等教育思想政治教育工作面临的问题和产生的原因,据此提出了解决问题的方法及对策。According to the sources of students and their ideological states of adult higher education, this paper analyzed the problems and the causes of the ideological and political education in the aduh higher education. and proposed the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
