摘　　要：制作了具有快速响应和高度灵敏特点的限流型氧传感器，传感器再现性好，功耗小（＜５ｍＷ），在使用氧浓度范围（０～１０％）内输出线性良好。氧传感器应用温度范围是６８０～８００℃，最佳使用温度是７５０℃。An oxygen sensor has been fabricated,which shows fast response time,high sensitivity,high repeatability and low power consumption (<5mW).The sensor has linear output characteristic within to the oxygen concentration from 1% to 10%.The sensor is suitable for use in the temperature range from 680℃ to 800℃.The beast temperature for controlling lead air to fuel ratio of automobile engines is 750℃.
