摘　　要：介绍了一种用Visual Basic实现旋转式霓虹灯效果的设计方法,主要原理是利用时间控件控制Shape控件数组的Visible属性,另用Select Case语句实现不同效果之间的切换。Neon light effect realized by Visual Basic software is simple,shortcut and practicable.In this article,a method be recommended about how to design revolving neon light.The main idea is controlling the Visible property of Shape control array by Time control,in addition,using sentence of Select Case switch among kinds of effects.
