摘 要:目的:对比研究脑肿瘤患者三维脑电地形图(3D)和二维脑电地形图(2D)的变化及临床应用价值。方法:以CT、MRI结果对照,对24例脑肿瘤患者进行3D、2D和常规EEG对比分析。结果:与影像学检查一致、基本一致和不一致者:3D分别为14、5和5例,2D为5、13和6例,EEG为9、9和6例。结论:3D和EEG检查结果与影像学一致率高于2D。2D的根本缺陷是采用平面圆代表立体的大脑。Objectives:To study the changes of three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2-D) EEG mapping and the value of its clinical application to patients with brain tumor.Methods: 24 patients with brain tumor were analyzed by 3D, 2D and routine EEG and compared with CT and MRI. Results: The results which were identical, basically identical and nonidentical with CT and MRI were 14, 5 and 5 cases tested by 3D,5,13 and 6 by 2D,9,9 and 6 by EEG respectively. Conclusions:The identity rate of 3D and routine EEG with CT and MRI was higher than that of 2D. The fundamental limitation of 2D was possibly due to the appliction of a round plane to represent the stereo cerebral hemisphere,and the focal changes and its range could not be displayed accurately.
